*3 若根据各国Kuehne+Nagel分支机构采用的FIATA国际货运代理服务示范规则，该条款不存在。
*4 对于往返于或在任何尚未加入（参见国家列表）《华沙公约》或《蒙特利尔公约》的国家境内的任何航空运输，请同时参照上述第2项和第3项所述适用规则。
