*1 แทนที่ขอบเขตความรับผิดเดิม แม้ว่า H/AWB จะยังแสดงขอบเขตความรับผิดแบบเดิมอยู่
*2 สำหรับการขนส่งก่อนหรือการส่งต่อที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากสนามบิน ความรับผิดจะถูกกำหนดตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของสมาคมผู้รับจัดส่งแห่งชาติ (ดูรายชื่อประเทศด้านล่าง) หรือสำหรับภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก ให้ใช้กฎมาตรฐาน FIATA สำหรับบริการรับจัดส่งสินค้า ซึ่ง Kuehne+Nagel ในเอเชียแปซิฟิกนำมาใช้

*4 สำหรับการขนส่งทางอากาศไป/จาก และภายในประเทศที่ยังไม่ได้รับรองอนุสัญญา Warsaw หรือ Montreal (ดูรายชื่อประเทศ) โปรดอ้างอิงกฎที่กล่าวถึงในข้อ 2 และ 3 ข้างต้น
