*1 Ersetzt die alten Haftungsgrenzen, auch wenn die H/AWB noch die alten Haftungsgrenzen widerspiegelt.
*2 Für den Vor- oder Nachlauf außerhalb der Flughäfen gilt entweder die Haftung gemäß den jeweiligen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der nationalen Speditionsverbände (siehe Länderliste unten) oder für den asiatisch-pazifischen Raum die FIATA-Musterregeln für Speditionsdienstleistungen, wie sie von den Kühne+Nagel-Unternehmen im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum übernommen wurden.
*3 Falls dies gemäß den FIATA-Modellregeln für Speditionsdienstleistungen, wie sie von der jeweiligen Kühne+Nagel-Länderorganisation übernommen wurden, nicht existiert.
*4 Für alle Lufttransporte von/nach und innerhalb von Ländern, die derzeit weder das Warschauer Abkommen noch das Montrealer Übereinkommen ratifiziert haben (siehe Liste der Länder), gelten ebenfalls die oben unter den Punkten 2 und 3 genannten Bestimmungen.
