Algemene voorwaarden downloaden
Toegang tot belangrijke documenten met betrekking tot luchtvrachtzendingen.
*1 Vervangt de oude aansprakelijkheidslimieten, zelfs wanneer de H/AWB nog steeds de oude aansprakelijkheidslimieten weergeeft.
*2 Voor elk voorvervoer of doorvoer buiten de luchthavens wordt de aansprakelijkheid bepaald door de respectieve algemene voorwaarden van de nationale expediteursorganisaties (zie onderstaande landenlijst) of, voor Azië-Pacific, door de FIATA-modelregels voor expeditiediensten zoals aangenomen door Kuehne+Nagel-entiteiten in Azië-Pacific.
*3 Indien dit niet bestaat volgens de FIATA-modelregels voor expeditiediensten zoals aangenomen door de respectieve Kuehne+Nagel-landorganisatie.
*4 Voor elk luchtvervoer van/naar en binnen een land dat momenteel noch het Verdrag van Warschau, noch het Verdrag van Montreal heeft aangenomen (zie lijst van landen), verwijzen wij u ook naar de bovengenoemde toepasselijke regels onder de punten 2 en 3.
