Quick start guide to delivery requests
When you order delivery with Kuehne+Nagel, myKN offers planning for your full container loads (FCL) and buyer’s consolidation master (BCM) sea shipments.
The delivery request can be accessed either via the action button in the shipment/container detail screen or the shipment/container overview screen.
Every delivery request in myKN generates a notification that either:
confirms the scheduled delivery date/time, or
provides the alternate date/time booked by the Kuehne+Nagel operator
Receive prompt confirmation of your delivery date/time and real-time updates that minimize uncertainty and improve planning.

Important things to know about the request delivery form

The form may be filled independently per container and submitted on its own. The submission is not a delivery promise; it is a request which must be approved and booked by the Kuehne+Nagel operator.
The module offers convenient functions such as autofill (for addresses and contacts) as well as a data copy option between containers.
Container overview screen
For a full overview of the Delivery status and Planned delivery date of your containers, simply add the two columns under Configure columns.
To limit results or customize your view, use the container overview screen filters.
