Real-time updates with digital telematic data

Maintain full control of your aircraft part shipments with Smart Labels. Using advanced geo-fenced networks, our real-time updates give you full visibility and prevent disruption.

When it comes to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, every second counts. With the right visibility tools, your critical aircraft parts can be back in the air faster, helping you deliver better service.

Smart Labels go beyond the industry standard. While others rely on telematic data only to provide map visibility, we use that data to enhance our monitoring capabilities—enabling more proactive and predictive intervention by our operators.

These digital alternatives promote full observability, leveraging technologies including geofencing, route map calculations and airline systems. This helps to predict disruptions proactively, as well as respond in real time.

Smart Labels can attach to packages, engine stands, containers, or individual items to provide a full dashboard of information instantly.

This is the example for the smart label

Keeping your aircraft in the sky

Live shipment updates
Receive a reference number within 15 minutes of sending your request. Thirty minutes later we provide the recommended shipping details.

Minimal infrastructure
Integrate with your existing logistics systems seamlessly through single-use labels, saving time and added costs.

Better customer service
Keep up with contractual obligations by staying transparent and preventing disruptions before they occur.

Global data transmission
Access information no matter where your shipment is.

Time savings
Keep customers informed automatically without manual follow-up emails.

This industry-leading data orchestration process promotes transparency and predictability–keeping your essential aircraft parts in the air. This happens through a 4-stage process:

Telematic data is captured by the hardware in 10 to 15 minutes and trasmitted to our platform. Key information such as coordinates, temperature and humidity is logged.

Derivative events provide basic updates to parameters, informing us of a change of conditions, such as when a shipment begins its journey.

Our digital platforms process all shipment planning data, including flight bookings, pick-up times and deadlines. They then geo-fence key areas such as shippers, airports and airlines to create milestone updates.

Finally, business signals allow us to monitor or make changes where necessary. For example, late pick-ups instruct us to change airline bookings and inform the customer.

This is the foundational technology that, once integrated with our platforms, will revolutionise the execution of AOG shipments—enabling a truly automated and predictive environment. It connects the dots and eliminates blind spots across the supply chain, allowing us to anticipate failures before they occur."
