At Kuehne+Nagel, we are committed to making objective and professional decisions that are in the best interests of the company

Conflicts of interest arise when personal, financial, or other external interests could interfere with – or appear to interfere with – our duty to act objectively and in the company’s best interest.

We expect our employees, officers, and directors to avoid situations where their personal interests might conflict with their responsibilities to the company. This includes, but is not limited to, holding personal financial interests in competitors or suppliers, accepting personal benefits from business partners, or using company positions for personal gain.

Transparency is key

If members of Kuehne+Nagel Group believe they may be in situations that could present conflicts, they must disclose these promptly according to our processes. Disclosure does not imply wrongdoing – it allows us to assess the situation and determine whether any action is needed to mitigate the risks.

We also expect employees to avoid outside engagements or board positions that could interfere with their duties or create competing loyalties.

The Confidential Reporting Line

Violations of this policy can lead to serious consequences, including disciplinary action, termination, and legal penalties. If members of Kuehne+Nagel Group encounter situations that feel questionable, they are encouraged to speak up. Reports can be made confidentially through the Kuehne+Nagel Confidential Reporting Line, and we strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
