We strictly prohibit any conduct that could be seen as anti-competitive. This includes, but is not limited to, bid rigging, price-fixing, market allocation, and the exchange of sensitive commercial information with competitors. Anti-trust law and guidance
Our employees are expected to understand the basics of antitrust law and to seek guidance from our Legal or Compliance teams whenever in doubt. Participation in trade associations or industry groups must be approached with caution, and any discussions that veer into non-competitive action must be avoided and reported immediately.
The Confidential Reporting Line
Violations of this policy can lead to serious consequences, including disciplinary action, termination, and legal penalties. If members of Kuehne+Nagel Group encounter situations that feel questionable, they are encouraged to speak up. Reports can be made confidentially through the Kuehne+Nagel Confidential Reporting Line, and we strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
