Embrace low-emission logistics solutions for a more sustainable tomorrow
To decarbonise logistics, we have set the following near-term science-based target: reduce absolute scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions 33% by 2030 (from a 2019 base year).
Caring about the future of our planet is a crucial topic that we need to address today to ensure a liveable future for tomorrow.
As the logistics industry contributes roughly 8% of the CO2e emissions worldwide, we need—and want—to effect change.
Kuehne+Nagel is committed to actively reducing our transportation CO2e emissions and developing solutions to support our customers with their carbon reduction journey.
Together with our partners, we invest in sustainable solutions to address climate change. We are guided by our commitments to the science-based targets to decarbonise the logistics sector. Our goal is to create a healthier future for all.

The transport industry and its partners and customers recognise the importance of decarbonisation in helping reach the Paris Agreement goals, which Kuehne+Nagel fully supports. The Paris Agreement’s goal is to hold the rise in global average temperatures this century to well below 2°C (ideally 1.5°C) above pre-industrial levels.
