1. What kind of collection box is provided?     top
The box is manufactured out of recycled cardboard and the box itself is also recyclable after use.
For delivery the box(es) will be folded. The box is very simple to assemble. Clear instructions are available on the box itself.

2. How do I order empty boxes?     top
In the Menu option called "Services" you will find "Request new boxes". On this webpage you can choose the quantity of boxes you would like to receive. Please make sure that you order only the necessary boxes for your recycling needs.

3. How many boxes can I order at a time?     top
You can order anywhere between 1 and 20 boxes at a time. Each box has a unique number.

4. How do I know my request has been taken into account?     top
After saving the order you will receive a confirmation by email. The new box(es) will be delivered within 3-5 working days after order creation

5. What are the dimensions of the collection box?      top
The dimensions are L60XW40XH47 cm, enough capacity for 20 Ink cartridges of 950ml and some waste Tanks if the box is filled on an organized structure.

6. What can I put in the collection box?      top
This box is strictly intended for Epson Europe Large Format printer supplies (ink cartridges, waste containers, and maintenance tanks).

7. What is the maximum number of cartridges I can put in the box?      top
It depends of the size of the materials. The lid of the collection box should close easily and the weight of the box should not exceed 20kg (see also question 5).

8. What do I do if the box breaks or rips?     top

9. How do I create a box collection order?     top
In the "Services" menu, you will find the "Pick up and Swap Service".
On this webpage you will find a field showing all available boxes within your premises.
You have the option to select the box(es) you want to return.
Please select the relevant box number (box ID) and click on the button "Exchange".
The box number is located on the right side of the box cover. The number usually starts with 0034046695. If there is no box number showing please send an email with the box ID to: eccp-support@kuehne-nagel.com

10. When will the box collection take place?     top
You have the possibility to request a specific collection date when you create the box collection order.

11. Who will pick up the full collection boxes?     top
Epson (LFP)'s partner, Kuehne + Nagel, will do the pick up of full collection boxes.

12. What if I have special pickup handling requirements?     top
When creating your box collection order, you will find a field where you can enter any additional handling requirements.

13. What do I do if the collection is not done on the requested date?     top

14. How do I change the pickup date?     top
Using the calendar function can change the pickup date. Please click on this symbol to choose the requested pickup date

15. What is a swap?     top
A swap is the delivery and collection of boxes on the same day, but not necessarily at the same moment.

16. What is a swap?     top
In the "service" menu, you will find the "pick up and swap services" where you can create a swap.

17. What is the pallet function?     top
If you have your own pallets filled with empty cartridges you can choose this option to have them picked up.

18. How do I create a collection for my own pallets?     top
In the "services" menu you will find the "Pallet collection service". Here, you will find different pallet types. Please choose the quantity of the relevant pallet type you have and enter the weight.

19. Where do I find the box ID on the box?     top
You will find a white label with a barcode ID on the right side of the box cover. The number usually starts with 0034046695.

20. What do I do if I can't find the right box ID on the Internet?     top
If this happens, please contact the helpdesk by email. This can be done by clicking here , or by sending an email to: eccp-support@kuehne-nagel.com
If your printer was delivered with a collection box, you can choose the "pallet collection service", select pallet type "other", weight: "10 kgs" and enter the box number in the comment field.

21. What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?     top
If you didn't receive a confirmation email, your order has not been processed or you have entered a wrong email address.
Please check the entered email address and/or resubmit the order. If you have any questions or the error occurs again, please contact the helpdesk.

22. Is it mandatory to fill in the survey?     top
No, it is not mandatory to fill in the survey.
However, we would appreciate it if you could fill it in after you have used our services a few times.
This will help us improve our services to you in the future.

23. How do I change my personal profile?     top
For changing the personal profile permanently, please contact the helpdesk by email.

24. How do I unsubscribe from the programme?     top
If you want to unsubscribe from the programme, please contact the helpdesk by email.

Please note that before being able to unsubscribe from the programme, all boxes in your possession will need to be picked up.
